Immunogen
TLR2 antibody was raised against cHO cells stably transfected with human TLR2 (Toll-like receptor 2).
Specificity
Recognizes human TLR2. Does not cross-react with human TLR1 or TLR4.
Usage
ELISA. Flow Cytometry [2, 4]: Incubate with 37?C (1:10-1:100) and then on ice with GAM-FITC. Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot [3]. Functional Application (blocking) [1, 5-7]: Use preservative free formulation. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
