Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular TJP3 / ZO3 Products

Anti-TJP3 / ZO-3 antibody IHC of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 10 ug/ml.
Species: Human, Dog
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ZO-3/TJP3 showing staining in the membrane of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue (right) compared to a negative control without primary antibody (left). To expose target proteins, antigen retrieval was performed using 10mM sodium citrate (pH 6.0), microwaved for 8-15 min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were blocked in 3% H2O2-methanol for 15 min at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with a ZO-3/TJP3 polyclonal antibody diluted in 3% BSA-PBS at a dilution of 1:100 overnight at 4°C in a humidified chamber. Tissues were washed extensively in PBST and detection was performed using an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody followed by colorimetric detection using a DAB kit. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and dehydrated with ethanol and xylene to prep for mounting.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA
Immunofluorescence analysis of ZO-3/TJP3 Antibody was done on 90% confluent log phase CACO2 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.25% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes, and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells were labeled with ZO-3/TJP3 Antibody. (C) Immunofluorescence microscopic analysis of ZO-1, ZO-2 and ZO-3 in MDCK I cells transfected with TALEN constructs for ZO-1 gene knockout. Similar morphological changes of cell-cell junctions at the boundary of control and ZO-1 knockout cells were observed in MDCK I cells. Staining of ZO-3 was reduced in ZO-1 knockout cells ( arrowheads ). Scale bars, 10 um.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog
Applications: Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, ELISA
TJP3 / ZO3 antibody. IHC(P): Mouse Liver Tissue.
