TIRAP antibody LS-B1414 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to TIRAP from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Specificity

Usage
TIRAP antibody can be used for detection of TIRAP by Western blot at 1 to 2 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 10 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 24, 26 kDa Observed: 24 kDa
