Applications
- Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
- ELISA (1 - 5 µg/ml)
Usage
Immunoblotting: use at 1-10ug/ml. A band of ~38kDa is detected. ELISA: use at 1-5ug/ml with Streptomyces Tgase on the solid phase. These are recommended concentrations. Enduser should determine optimal concentrations for their applications.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 0.1 M Tris, 0.1 M Glycine, 2% sucrose.
Reconstitution
PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
Storage
Store at -20°C to -70°C for up to 1 year. Aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
