Specificity
Recognizes transferrin. Single precipitin arc when tested by IEP and 2D-IEP against human serum. Identity has been confirmed by double diffusion (Ouchterlony) against human serum and an anti-human transferrin.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, IEP, 2D-IEP, Ouchterlony. EIA: 1:50000-1:100000 (2 ug/ml transferrin and TMB as a substrate). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
