Human HA1.7 TCR beta chain expressed on transgenic mouse cells.

Specificity
Recognizes human C beta 1 TCR gene product and reacts with 50-75% of T cells in normal human blood. Recognizes an epitope within the variable region of TCR beta chain.
Applications
- Flow Cytometry
Usage
Antibody is mitogenic for T cells expressing TCR C beta 1. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

50 mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 100 mM KCl, 0.04% Sodium Azide, 5% Glycerol, 0.2% BSA
Storage
Store at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
