Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections): 1:400-1:800 (PAP). Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1:200-1:400 (using FITC) with overnight incubation at 4?C.
