This affinity purified antibody Detects a ~60kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of HOP (p60) on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, mouse, rat, chicken, hamster, mink, monkey, rabbit and Xenopus. The epitope has been mapped to the C-terminal 10 amino acids of human HOP.
Usage
Western Blot (Colorimetric): 1 ug/ml. Immunoprecipitation: 12.5 ug/ml. Positive control: HeLa Heat Shocked Cell Lysate.
