STAT6 phospho Y641 Antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a phosphorylated synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyrosine 641 of human STAT6 protein.

Specificity
A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with STAT6 pY641 protein from human at 100% based on homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
