Specificity
Recognizes the human CD15 cell surface antigen, also known as Lewis X and SSEA-1 (stage-specific embryonic antigen-1). CD15 is a carbohydrate antigen, predominately expressed by peripheral blood granulocytes.
Applications
- Flow Cytometry (1:1 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
