Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot. Reactivity was confirmed by Western Blot using HeLa cell extracts and HeLa cell nuclear extracts. ELISA: 0.1-1.0 ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 5-10 ug.
