An 18 AA synthetic peptide near the center of human SPRYD4. The immunogen is located within aa 70-120 of SPRYD4.
Specificity
SPRYD4 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SPRYD protein family members. At least two isoforms of SPRYD4 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms.

Usage
SPRYD4 antibody can be used for detection of SPRYD4 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
