Recognizes Sprouty2, Mr ~35-40kD. A non-specific protein was also detected, Mr ~70kD. Species cross-reactivity: Human and mouse. Cross-reactivity with rat predicted, based on sequence homology.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-1 ug/ml detects Sprouty2 in RIPA lysates from HeLa and 3T3/A31 cells.
