Specificity
Recognizes human Synuclein. The peptide sequence corresponding to human beta-synuclein (134 aa). Species sequence homology: rat beta-synuclein (137 aa) and bovine PNP14 (134 aa). It has no appreciable homology with synuclein-alpha or other proteins.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using Chemiluminescence technique.
