Recombinant full-length oxidized human alpha-Synuclein.
Specificity
Recognizes the nitrated/oxidized and non-nitrated forms of human a-Synuclein protein. Cross-reactivity with b- and g-synucleins has not been observed in testing with bacterially-expressed and purified recombinant proteins. Species sequence homology: Mouse and rat: 95%.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Immunofluorescence (IC): 1-5 ug/ml mouse. ELISA: 0.1-1.0 ug/ml immunogen. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml Band at ~18kD. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1-5 ug human.
