Usage
Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration. However as a guideline try; IHC-P: 5ug/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol. WB: use at an assay dependent dilution. Detects a band of approximately 42 kDa. Predicted molecular weight: 35 kDa. Flo: 1µg/10E6 cells.
