Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Detects a 120kD protein representing the sodium/calcium exchanger from guinea pig cardiac extract. The bands seen at 70kD and 160kD represent a proteolytic fragment and non-reduced exchanger respectively. T-tubular membrane.
