Specificity
The rat peptide shows 100% homology with human GLYT1a, GLYT1b, GLY1c and 95% with mouse and bovine GLYT1. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species is not known.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for neat serum and 1-10 ug/ml for affinity pure using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000 using 50-100 ng control peptide/well.
