A 19 aa peptide sequence within the cytoplasmic, C-Terminus of human NBC3 (1) was used to generate anti-NBC1.

Specificity
Human sequence is 83% conserved in rat NBC3. No significant sequence homology was found with NBC1 or NBC2. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species is not established. We recommend the use of control peptide in antibody blocking experiments to establish antibody specificity. Control peptides, because of their small size (< 2kD), are not suitable for Western.

Usage
