A cytoplasmic 12 AA C-Terminus peptide sequence specific from the mouse glucose transporter-4 (Glut-4) was selected near the C-Terminus (1). Coupled to KLH.

Specificity
Recognizes Glut-4 in rat skeletal muscle, heart and adipose tissues. It also recognizes the mouse and human Glut-4 but shows no cross-reactivity to Hep G2 type transporter from rat brain or other Glucose transporters. Species sequence homology: Rat, human ovine and porcine: 100%, bovine: 91%.

Usage
