A 12 AA C-Terminus peptide sequence near the C-Terminus of mouse glucose transporter-3 (Glut-3). A cysteine has been added at the NH2 terminus for coupling to KLH.

Recognizes Glut-3. The mouse Glut-3 peptide sequence used for antibody production is 100% identical in rat. This antibody is specific for mouse and rat. Does not recognize human Glut-3 because of significant interspecies differences in C-terminal Glut-3.

- Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
- ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Major band at ~45kD. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml (antigen).
Presentation
10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.2% BSA, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% glycerol.
Storage
