Recognizes mouse PiT 1. Species sequence Homology: Rat - 100%; Human - 82%. No significant sequence homology is observed with PiT-2 or NaPi-Type I, -2, or IV transporters.
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml (ECL). A band of 85-90kD has been detected in brush border membrane. Additional bands of 70-72kD may represent proteolytic fragments of PiT-1. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml; Control peptide can be used to coat ELISA plates at 1 ug/ml.
