Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approx. 45kD band observed in lysates of cell line MOLT4 (calculated MW of 54.0kD according to NP_055257.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Nutku at al, Blood. 2003 Jun 15;101(12):5014-20.; PMID: 12609831). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml.
