Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western blot: Experiments gave bands at approx 60kD and 35kD in Human Placenta lysates. These bands correspond to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. This protein has a calculated MW of 49.9kD according to NP_001236.4. Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 ug/ml.
