Reacts with serotonin-containing cells in a wide range of normal, reactive, and neoplastic tissues. Other endocrine cells, such as those of pancreatic islets and pituitary gland, are negative with this antibody. Species cross-reactivity: Human.

Usage
Immunohistology: (Formalin/paraffin) (Use Ab at 1:20-1:40 for 30 min at RT) For staining of formalin-fixed tissues, digest sections with Protease XXV at 1 mg/ml PBS for 5-10 minutes at 37?C. Positive control: Appendix.
