LPS-activated mlEND1 cells expressing E-selectin at their cell surface
Specificity
Recognizes the minimal amino acid consensus sequence CXKKKL present in the lectin domain of both murine and human E-selectin. This funcitonal antibody inhibits leukocyte adhesion to both murine and human activated endothelial cells. For in vivo application in mice 20 mg of purified Ig per injection is recommended.

Usage
To analyze E-selectin protein in frozen sections we refer to the anti E-selectin monoclonal antibodies UZ5, UZ6, and UZ7. For a functional antibody that inhibits leucocyte adhesion to murine and human activated endothelial cells refer to the E-selectin antibody for in vivo use which does not contain azide. For in vivo application in mice 20 mg of purified Ig per injection is recommended.
