Specific for human SARM1 (sterile alpha and TIR motif containing 1). SARM1 contains a Toll-interleukin-1 (TIR) domain, and is reported to serve as an adaptor protein for the Toll-like receptors during the innate immune response. Species cross Reactivity: Mouse.
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml. Detects a band of ~80kD in Daudi cell lysates.
