Specificity
The peptide is 78% conserved in mouse, rat, bovine and porcine D9K. No significant sequence homology is seen with D28K or other CABPs. Antibody reactivity in various species is not known.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for neat serum and 1-10 ug/ml for affinity pure using ECL. D9K is ~9kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
