Target
Human RPA2 / RFA2 / RPA34
Synonyms
RPA2 | RF-A protein 2 | RP-A p34 | RPA34 | Replication protein A2, 32kDa | RP-A p32 | REPA2 | Replication factor A protein 2 | Replication protein A2 (32kD) | RPA32
Host
Rat
Reactivity
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Hamster (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

IgG1 Monoclonal
Conjugations
Unconjugated
Purification
Ascites
Modifications
Unmodified
Immunogen
Immunizing rats with recombinant full-length human MBP-RPA32 protein.
Specificity
Detects endogenous levels of total RPA32 protein. RPA interacts with a wide variety of protein partners, including proteins required for normal replication such as RCF, PCNA and Pol alpha, and also proteins involved in SV40 replication, such as DNA polymerase I and SV40 large T antigen. Species cross-reactivity: Hamster, human, monkey, mouse and rat.
Applications
  • ICC
  • Immunofluorescence (1:200)
  • Western blot (1:1000)
  • Immunoprecipitation (1:50)
Usage
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot 1:1000. Immunoprecipitation 1:50. Immunofluorescence (IF-IC) 1:200.
Presentation
10 mM HEPES-Sodium, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 100ug/ml BSA, <0.02% Sodium Azide, 50% glycerol
