Specificity and Use
Mouse IgG1 antibody was raised against purified murine IgG1 from BALB/c mice.
Recognizes murine IgG1, and does not bind to other mouse immunoglobulin classes or subclasses.
The applications listed have been tested for the base form of this product. Alternate forms, such as conjugated, azide-free, or ready-to-use, have not been tested. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul Method sheets are available on request.
