RAP1A Antibody - Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human pancreatic tissue using antibody at dilution of 1:100.
RAP1A Antibody - Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human adrenal gland tissue using antibody at dilution of 1:100.
RAP1A Antibody - Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with RAP1A Antibody at 1:200, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

LCN2 / Lipocalin 2 / NGAL Antibody - IHC analysis of Lipocalin 2 using anti-Lipocalin 2 antibody. Lipocalin 2 was detected in frozen section of mouse spleen tissue . Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1µg/ml rabbit anti-Lipocalin 2 Antibody overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC) with DAB as the chromogen.
