Produced against a chemically synthesized phosphopeptide derived from a region of human c-Raf that contains tyrosines 340 and 341. The sequence is conserved in mouse and rat.

Reactivity: Human c-Raf. Mouse and rat c-Raf (100% homologous) have not been tested, but are expected to react.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western blotting applications. Previous lots of this antibody have been used in immunocytochemistry. The current lot has not yet been validated for this application. For Western blotting applications, we recommend using the antibody at a 1:1000 dilution. Positive control: HEK293 overexpressing c-Raf, in vitro-phosphorylated by active Src.
