Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG and Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.

Usage
This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:20000 to 1:400000 is suggested for this product for ELISA. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
