Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine, anti-Rabbit Serum, Rat IgM, and Rat Serum. No reaction was observed against Rat IgG F(c).

Usage
Suitable for use in immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000 to 1:3000, assayed against 1.0 ug of Rat IgM in a standard capture using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

TBS, 0.001 M magnesiuim chloride, 0.0001 M zinc chloride, 50% glycerol;, pH 8.0, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.05% sodium azide.
