Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Swine IgG, Swine IgG F(c) and Swine Serum. No reaction was observed against Swine IgG F(ab).

- Flow Cytometry (1:500 - 1:2500)
- Fluorophore-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
