Swine IgG F(ab')2 fragment.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Swine IgG and Swine Serum. No reaction was observed against Human Serum Proteins.

Immunoblotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Swine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl

Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.

Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at 20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles, store undiluted. Expiration date is 1 year from date of restoration.
