Porcine IgG F (ab')2 fragment.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-rabbit serum, porcine IgG, porcine IgG F (ab') 2 and porcine serum. No reaction was observed against porcine IgG F(c).

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. ELISA: 1:1500 to 1:6000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
TBS, 1 mM magnesium chloride, 0.1 mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
