Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgG2b, g2b chain. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-rabbit serum and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

- Flow Cytometry (1:2000 - 1:10000)
Usage
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence microscopy and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunofluorescence: 1:500-1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
