Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
