Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgG1 heavy chain. Cross-reactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes is < 1%. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse Serum.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunomicroscopy, Flow Cytometry, FACS analysis and fluorescent Western Blot. Also suitable for multiplex analysis. Immunomicroscopy: 1:500-1:2500. Flow Cytometry: 1:2000-1:10000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 1.0 ml sterile ddH2O
Storage
Store lyophilized powder -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH20, aliquot and store at -20°C.
