Recognizes human IgG Fc. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, human IgG, human IgG F(c) and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F (ab')2.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy. ELISA: 1:2000 to 1:8000, Use ABTS as a substrate for 30 min at RT to assay against 1 ug of human IgG. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
