Specificity
Recognizes human IgG, F (ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, human IgG, human IgG F (ab')2 and human serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG F(c).

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:20000 to 1:100000 (Coat with 1 ug human IgG). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, Protease free), PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% Gentamicin
Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year. Sodium azide should not be added to HRP conjugates. Protect from light.
