Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG or Human IgM. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other Human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, Immunofluorescence and Flow cytometry/FACS analysis. IF Immunomicroscopy: 1:500-1:2500. Flow Cytometry: 1:2000-1;10000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
