Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Horse IgG, Horse IgG F (ab')2 and Horse Serum. No reaction was observed against Horse IgG F(c).

Usage
Suitable for immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. ELISA (standard capture): 1:15000-1:75000, 1.0 ug of Horse IgG using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted.
