Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgM and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Goat IgG.

- Flow Cytometry (1:500 - 1:2500)
- Fluorophore-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
