Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, canine IgG, canine IgG F(c) and canine serum. No reaction was observed against canine IgG F (ab')2.

Usage
Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:7000-1:40000, use 1 ug in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 min. at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
