Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Canine IgG, Canine IgG F(c) and Canine Serum. No reaction was observed against Canine IgG F (ab')2.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:3000-1:44000. 1.0 ug of Canine IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
