Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-Rabbit Serum, Bovine IgM and Bovine Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine IgG.

- Flow Cytometry (1:500 - 1:2500)
- Fluorophore-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:10000 - 1:50000)
Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mg/ml PEG, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 2 mL of deionized water.
Storage
Stable for several weeks at 4°C undiluted. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
