Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. ECL Western Blot: 1:200. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Notes: 1. Incubate with primary antibody for 2 hours and secondary antibody for 1 hour. 2. Exposure time is 2 minutes. 3. At lower dilutions using alkaline phosphatase as secondary antibody, may cross-react with BSA.
