Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. Will recognize human COX2 under non-reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. Coat plates with 100 ng/well control peptide.
